The Worship Minister will lead and oversee the musical worship ministries at Marlboro Christian Church. This position is responsible for cultivating an authentic, Christ-centered worship culture, equipping volunteers and staff, and ensuring worship services align with the vision of the church. The Worship Minister will collaborate closely with the Senior Minister and other ministry leaders to create meaningful worship experiences that lead people closer to Jesus.
