Student and Family Minister
The Student and Family Minister will work in collaboration with the Children’s Director to develop a comprehensive Family Ministry at Marlboro Christian Church. While partnering to create a unified ministry strategy from birth through young adulthood, the primary focus of this position will be middle and high school students. This position will lead a team of staff and volunteers to create environments where students can learn about Jesus.
Worship Minister
The Worship Minister will lead and oversee the musical worship ministries at Marlboro Christian Church. This position is responsible for cultivating an authentic, Christ-centered worship culture, equipping volunteers and staff, and ensuring worship services align with the vision of the church. The Worship Minister will collaborate closely with the Senior Minister and other ministry leaders to create meaningful worship experiences that lead people closer to Jesus.
